Bluegrass Romance Reviews is a new review site dedicated to promoting wonderful romantic fiction to readers who enjoy a great story. We are independent reviewers that post each one of our reviews on the Bluegrass Romance Reviews blog page. We read every genre, as long as some romantic elements are involved. As of right now, we only accept e-book format. (print ARCs welcome as long as they are electronic format) If you would like your book reviewed please send us an e-mail stating pertinent facts (title, author, blurb, publisher info, .pdf file, etc). While we can’t guarantee every book requested will get a review, we will do our best to accept as many books as we can, and review them within a reasonable time frame. We don’t have a rating system as far as how great the book is, but we do rate in terms of sexual explicitness.
1 flame, Sweet-- kissing is as far as this rating goes.
2 flames, Sensual-- touching, a little more explicit, and if any intercourse it’s done behind closed doors.
3 flames, Spicy-- there is intercourse, but it reflects on emotional aspects instead of blunt graphic terms. Often uses euphemisms. Most mainstream romance is rated this.
4 flames, Erotic-- Blunt terms for sex and graphic language.
5 flames, Not for the faint of heart—this involves everything a 4 rating plus use of such things as BDSM, toys, multiple partners, etc.
Advertising: (Free!)
Promo: We will give authors the chance to promote their upcoming books. Send us the latest information on your upcoming releases—graphics are welcome! And we’ll compile it together for our readers to view. Send taglines, blurbs, publisher info—whatever you want to use to promote your work. Please e-mail us with your info and put “promo Tuesdays—date, your name, and title of book” in the subject line.
Contest: Have a contest you want to advertise? Send us the info and the url link to your page. We’ll put it on our weekly contest page for you. Each contest sent will be posted on the next Wed. So if you have a contest that is up coming please send it at the appropriate time.
Excerpt: We’ll post a few excerpts on our page each week as space come available. (please keep the word count to a maximum of 1,000 words.) We accept both graphics and blurb information as well if you chose to send that to us. Please place all your contact info in the e-mail with the heading “excerpt Friday—your name and title of book” in the subject line. *Note* if the excerpt has explicit language and or graphic scenes ie. Erotica, please tell us when sending your info.

Contest donations:
From time to time we offer promotional contests to our readers who comment on our blogs. If you would like to donate items to be given away, contact us.
